CAN I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK IF I CANCEL MY WEDDING? Our deposits are non refundable because most of the work we do with our brides and grooms is before wedding day.
DO YOU HELP WITH SETTING UP OUR DECOR? Yes, it is all part of the services offered (this does not include flowers)
DO YOU HELP WITH TEARDOWN? Yes, provided it is not part of the vendor decorations.The teardown of other vendors' decor will only happen if this has been discussed and agreed to beforehand and may incur extra charges.
HOW MANY HOURS ARE YOU ON SITE ON THE WEDDING DAY? I don’t have set hours because every wedding is different. Most of the time, I arrive early. (Usually around 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.) Then I leave once the party is over. I am there for dinner service, cake cutting, and the couple's first and last dances. Please note that complete teardown services are only included in the 12-week package but do not include other vendors' decor unless previously agreed upon.
HOW MANY COORDINATORS WILL ASSIST YOU? I will always have one assistant working with me. However, depending on the size and complexity of the wedding, I may have to bring in extra staff to help; please note that this will be an added charge.
HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE AND SHARE INFORMATION? Once my couples sign up, we will keep in constant contact through email, phone, and text. Planning details and timelines will be drawn up and shared via email.
DO YOU HAVE A PREFERRED VENDOR LIST? Yes! See under the tab 'MORE,' which includes a list of all my favorite vendors' including their contact information.
WHEN DO YOU COMMUNICATE WITH OUR VENDORS? With our full-service coordination package, we talk to all your vendors three months before the wedding day. We are always involved in ensuring they have the information they need and providing support during your follow-up meetings. This consistent support ensures you feel reassured and confident throughout the process. With our Month-of-Coordination package, we talk to your vendors the week before the wedding to ensure they have the final timeline and answer any last-minute questions.
